TOP Lambourn trainer Nicky Henderson, without a runner at Catterick for at least five years, breaks the mould today by sending three runners to the North Yorkshire course.

Henderson is fancied to complete a double with nap selection Cocktails At Dawn, who will be ridden by Malton-born Andrew Tinkler in the IJF John Oaksey Memorial Beginners' Chase, and Taylor, the mount of Daryl Jacob, in the yorkshire-outdoors.co.uk Mares' Novices' Hurdle.

Cocktail At Dawn, a 135-rated hurdler, made his chasing debut at Ascot a month ago and shaped well to finish second to the useful The Clock Leary.

That outing should have taught Cocktails At Dawn plenty and he promises to take all the beating in this two miles and three furlongs chase, which last year, saw Hi George get the better of Holywell, who subsequently developed into one of the best novice chasers of the season and who is now among the favourites for this season's Cheltenham Gold Cup.

Taylor will be hard to beat for Henderson on the strength of her comeback effort at Ludlow when she finished a creditable second. Having also shown ability in her two bumper outings last term, Taylor looks a promising sort . Opportunity is fancied to come knocking for her this afternoon.

Henderson saddles Princess Ombu in the Support The House That Jack Built Juvenile Hurdle, but although she has decent prospects, the Berkshire raider may have to play a supporting role behind rivals from the home county.

Brian Ellison holds the key with Top Of The Glas, who has finished second in both his hurdle starts to date.

An 80-rated Flat racer, who won a valuable handicap at Chester in the summer, Top Of The Glas occupied the runner-up spot at Bangor on his hurdling debut and was beaten less than a length by Officer Drivel at Wetherby last week.

The Norton gelding is fancied to make it third-time-lucky in a race in which John Quinn provides further opposition to Henderson with a couple of interesting newcomers in Scrafton and Bold Captain, both winners on the Flat.

Martin Todhunter is enjoying a good season and the Cumbrian trainer can add to his tally of winners with Allanard in the Book Now For 28th December Handicap Chase.

The ten-year-old won as he liked on his latest outing at Newcastle. This promises to be a little tougher, but Wilson Renwick's mount is fancied to prevail.

After Toniight, trained by David O'Meara, should not be overlooked in the Watch Racing UK Anywhere National Hunt Flat Race.

Although he failed to cut any ice on his debut at Sedgefield last month, After Toniight was sent off the joint-favourite on that occasion. He is surely capable of better and may well take a step forward this afternoon.

At Kempton's twilight meeting, Major Muscari promises to go well in the BetBright.com Download Our App Handicap.

Trainer Shaun Harris has had this gelding in excellent form for some time and the consistent six-year-old looks sure to run his usual sound race in the hands of Martin Harley.

The £11,500 BetBright.com Handicap is the feature race on the card and Top Diktat is not without a chance.

Trained by Gary Moore, the six-year-old may need to step up on his latest brace of unplaced performances, but he is a previous winner on this course and he promises to give Shane Kelly a good ride.

Also worth noting are the promising Thanksgiving Day (4.50) and course-and-distance winner Time Medicean (7.20), the mount of York-based jockey Robert Winston.
