Miss Bunter, unbeaten in two outings this month, returns to Wolverhampton tomorrow to bid for a hat-trick of wins for in-form North Yorkshire trainer David O’Meara.

The four-year-old gained her two course wins in a matter of three days and has since had a couple of weeks to recover. She is climbing up the ratings, but she is clearly in tremendous heart and goes well on this surface.

Miss Bunter will have Danny Tudhope on board in the opening coral.co.uk Fillies’ Handicap. She should take plenty of beating.

Mick Easterby has a good record at Wolverhampton and the veteran Sheriff Hutton trainer has double prospects with Iggy and Desert Vision.

Iggy ran with distinct promise on his debut on this course a couple of weeks ago when finishing second to Testa Rossa, beaten less than a length.

That outing should have taught Iggy plenty and he promises to have a big say in the outcome of the coral.co.uk Maiden Stakes. James Sullivan takes the mount.

Desert Vision is a much more exposed horse and is a regular on this course, where he has winning form.

He finished second to Noble Jack here at the beginning of the month and continues to look in good heart. He should go well under Graham Gibbons in the Compare Bookies With bookmakers.co.uk Handicap.

Stand Guard looks head and shoulders over his rivals in the Horse Racing Best Bets At bookmakers.co.uk Claiming Stakes.

Winner of 16 of his 60 races, the nine-year-old, trained by John Butler, won here last week, beating Priors Gold. He looks set to double up in the hands of Adam Kirby, who is blazing a furious trail in the all-weather jockeys’ winter championship with more than 50 winners already to his credit.

Kirby and Butler can also win the Free Sports Betting At bookmakers.co.uk Handicap with Misleading Promise.

The three-year-old has yet to win a race, but he came nail-bitingly close on this track last month, quickening clear entering the home straight, only to be worn down near the finish and beaten a neck by Pairumani Prince.

This modest event looks a perfect opportunity for Misleading Promise to break his maiden and he is awarded the nap note.

The Geoff Oldroyd-trained Chosen Forever (6.30) should appreciate the drop into selling company, while recent course winner Coastal Passage (7.30) may be capable of defying a penalty for Charles Smith and provide Kirby with yet another winner.
