NETWORKING paid off for Market Weighton United as the football club has won a sponsorship deal from TalkTalk.
The cash from the home phone, broadband and mobile provider has been used to purchase new training tops for players at the East Yorkshire club.
Alasdair Walker, Market Weighton coach, said: “Our new TalkTalk branded training tops are fantastic and it’s pleasing to see our team looking so well turned-out.”
The sponsorship deal came as TalkTalk were investing £50,000 in technology to improve broadband services in Market Weighton, Shiptonthorpe and High Gardham.
