WIGGINTON Grasshoppers stayed on course for a treble as they reached the final of the York & District FA Senior Cup.
The York Minster Engineering League premier division leaders saw off Dunnington 2-0 in the semi-finals, to set up a final against Huntington Rovers who beat luckless Malton & Norton 2-0.
Grasshoppers got off to a flying start as Kieran Holmes fired in a 20-yard strike after eight minutes.
Twenty minutes later, Gary Newton went on a mazy run and rounded the Dunnington keeper before teeing up Eddie Clapham who smashed the ball home.
The sides cancelled each other out for the rest of the game.
In the other semi-final, Malton & Norton rattled the post and bar but could not find the back of the net.
After a goalless first half, a Chris Dyson header got Huntington off the mark and a pass from Jon James set James Edmond up to finally make the tie safe.
The final will be at Tockwith on Saturday, May 5.
