IN YORK & District FA Under-19 League division one, leaders Wilberfoss Mavericks won 5-4 at Wigginton Grasshoppers.
Dan Harvey, Dan Gibney, Jack Bielby, Sam Pattison and Alex Zachariou scored for Foss. Cameron Bilham, Joe Manship, Harry Clapham and an own goal made it close.
Rawcliffe beat Bishopthorpe 5-0 at home, Niall Smallwood (2), Sam Emmett, Dan Hobson and Jarred Benson scoring.
Dringhouses drew 3-3 at Poppleton. Liam Hampton, Will Mouncher and Cam Loftus for the hosts, Billy Annett (2) and Tom McRory replying.
In division two, bottom team Heworth lost 6-1 to Barmby Moor, Sam Noble (2), Ed Lyons (2), Alex Ashton and Alex Stones scoring.
Callum Logan bagged two for Copmanthorpe as they lost 4-2 at home to Easingwold Harriers. Jack Heartshorne, James Wiseman, Kit Chappel and Matty Hawker scored for the visitors.
A Will Turner hat-trick helped second-placed Wheldrake beat Rufforth United 5-2 at home. Lewis McGettigan and Joe Richardson also scored, with a Dan Beckett penalty and Kelvin Bernard for the visitors.
