STRIKER Ryan Blott scored four times as Pickering Town ended the league campaign with a 4-1 win at AFC Mansfield.

The Pikes, who have finished runners-up in the Toolstation Northern Counties East League premier division, fell behind early on when Matthew Plummer scored for AFC Mansfield.

However, Blott equalised after 34 minutes before hitting the net three more times in the second half.

The win moved the Pikes onto a club record 97 points yet they still finished 11 points behind champions Cleethorpes Town.

The Pikes still have one more fixture to play - the North Riding Senior Cup final against Whitby Town at Middlesbrough's Riverside Stadium on Monday May 15.

Adam Carter and Albert Ibrahimi were on target for Harrogate Railway Athletic in a 3-2 defeat at home to Albion Sports.

Railway, who had lost 11 of their previous 13 games, twice took the lead but Alex Cusack's second half hat-trick secured all three points for Albion.

Railway have finished the season four points clear of the relegation zone.
