THE magic of the FA Cup struck at the i2i stadium as Tadcaster Albion came from 2-0 down to beat Scarborough Athletic 3-2 and book a first qualifying round tie at Pontefract Collieries on September 3.

They won it at the death as Adam Baker's cross was picked up on the by-line by the lively Sellars, who pulled it back to Greening.

He scuffed his shot but former Seadog Corner was on hand to touch the ball home.

Albion manager had Billy Miller had made two changes to the side that beat Ossett Albion in Evo-Stik League division one in midweek, Lewis Morgan and Liam Shepherd replacing Gregg Anderson and Steve Jeff.

Former Taddy players Carl Stewart and Liam Ormsby both started for the visitors, with Tom Morgan and David Brown on the bench.

Athletic hadn't yet scored this season but took the lead inside three minutes, skipper Joe Lamplough deflecting a header home.

Stewart also fired a good chance over.

It was high-octane stuff in front of a crowd of 612, with Taddy's first sight at goal coming in the 11th minute when Rob Youhill's cross was met by Conor Sellars, who headed just off target.

Two minutes later, Sellars cleverly picked out Tom Corner, who curled the ball narrowly wide.

The visitors were in control for large spells, however, and looked dangerous against a deep back line.

Taddy's best chance of the half saw a long throw-in by Josh Barrett drop to Sellars, whose fizzing shot was kept out by Jordan Porter.

But then, in the 41st minute, Craig Nelthorpe exquisitely bent the ball into the far corner for 2-0.

The Brewers halved the deficit four minutes after the resumption.

Porter rushed off his line to head away but the unconvincing clearance dropped to Youhill, who brilliantly chipped the retreating keeper.

Taddy were all over the Seadogs in the second 45 and equalised with 15 minutes left.

Sellars' whipped free-kick was helped on by Corner and nodded in by Josh Greening.

Shortly after, Morgan's challenge on Ormsby left the former Taddy fans' favourite with a serious injury.

Scarborough thought they'd nicked it with six minutes to go but former York City keeper Michael Ingham pulled off an unbelievable double save.

Brown crossed to Callum Robinson, whose effort was brilliantly kept out at point-blank range before Ingham got up to claw the ball out of the top corner at the other side of goal.

Then, with the tie heading for a replay, Corner completed Taddy's terrific comeback.

Pickering Town drew 2-2 at Washington to earn a replay tonight (Tuesday) at the Recreation Ground.

The hosts had Andrew Brown dismissed for a foul tackle in the first half, Nick Thompson and Matt Turnbull twice putting the Pikes ahead in the second half only for the Northern League division one side to hit back.
