SELBY Town, free from relegation worries in Northern Counties East League division one, can enjoy the experience of pitting themselves against sides above them in the table.

Town, who are 12th, head to eighth-placed Hallam tomorrow. The Sheffield side would be quite a scalp for Selby and would underline their improvement since eking out a goalless draw against the same opposition in the league in November.

Town were given a breather from the relentless Easter holiday fixtures when their 'away' tie with Hull United, to be played at Selby's Fairfax Plant Hire Stadium, was postponed because of a waterlogged pitch. It will now be replayed on Thursday, April 14.

WHITBY TOWN of the Evo-Stik premier division are seeking to register a win and earn a fifth successive clean sheet when they travel to Buxton tomorrow.

The Seasiders, who are fourth bottom in the final relegation spot and a point behind Mickleover Sports, should be undaunted by the trip to Derbyshire having secured a goalless draw at third-placed Salford City last Saturday.

HARROGATE RAILWAY ATHLETIC, second bottom of the Evo-Stik first division north table, can close the gap on their nearest rivals Ossett Town who are their hosts in West Yorkshire tomorrow. Athletic trail Albion by four points.

HARROGATE TOWN, fourth in the Vanarama National League, are at home to Stalybridge Celtic tomorrow.
