The top-of-the-table division two clash in the Minster Engineering Football League saw the honours shared as Osbaldwick were held to a 2-2 draw by visiting Fulford United.

Twice the hosts led, initially through Andy Bilton and then with an Aaron Kirby goal, but Sam Pepper and Jordan Siswick hit equalisers for Fulford.

Rawcliffe Rangers extracted some revenge for the two 5-2 defeats against Cliffe last season by defeating the same opponents... 5-2.

Rawcliffe led twice in the first half through Tom Botterill and then Louis Howarth, but the visitors went into the break on level terms.

However, Cliffe had no answer to a second-half brace from Paul Bransicombe and a sixth goal of the season for John Moss.

Stamford Bridge entertained Bishopthorpe for the first time in three years and honours were even, Ross Neale and Darren Heels netting for the hosts as the game finished 2-2.

Heslington moved back into second place after they defeated Tadcaster Magnets 1-0 with a Lee Topping penalty.

But they were also indebted to their goalkeeper Pete Gent for a string of stops to deny the visitors, including saving a penalty.

F1 Racing are the new leaders in division three after they hammered basement side Huby 8-1.

George Trifan, scoring for the eighth game on the trot, led the rout with a hat-trick to add to goals from Neil Yeowart, brothers Andy and Rich Proctor, Stu McGarva and the pick of the bunch from substitute Craig Hardcastle. David Hull hit the Huby reply.

Struggling Crayke are still looking for their first away win since November last year after they went down 4-0 at Ouseburn. Richard Dwight (2), Dave Darley and Ben Jones shared the goals.

York Acorns extended their lead at the top of division four after they defeated Melbourne 3-1 in the only game played in the division.

Leigh Dutton scored twice for Acorns in the first half with brother Andy adding a third in the second half before Liam Booth hit a late consolation goal for Melbourne.

Dringhouses travelled to reserve ‘A’ leaders Wigginton on the back of three straight wins and matched their hosts for almost an hour as Neil Ducey cancelled out Jamie Wilstrop’s opener for Wigginton.

But the home side then hit three quick goals through Lee Stewart, Rob Orr and Jordan Walters before Josh Hutchison added a fifth as Wigginton won 5-1.

Reserve ‘C’ leaders Selby RSSC were held to a draw for the second successive game as they shared the points with basement side Wilberfoss. The game entered the final five minutes with a Tom Butterfield goal looking to win for the Selby side but Foss then levelled through Jono Parkin.

Selby responded with a Craig Dickenson goal only for Gareth Brooks to equalise again with virtually the last kick of the game. It was Wilberfoss first draw in 29 games.
