CHAMPIONS York Cricket Club round off yet another title-winning season with a trip to the seaside tomorrow.
But the Clifton Parkers, whose six-wicket win over Rotherham last weekend brought them an unprecedented fifth straight Solly Sports Yorkshire ECB County Premier League crown, will not be soaking up the sun.
Captain Marcus Wood and his squad visit third-placed Cleethorpes, who will want to cement their spot following a promising season.
Despite the trophy again being secure at York, there is no let up in the winning mentality – if squad selection is anything to go by.
Big guns Duncan Snell, Dan Woods, Liam McKendry, Nick Kay, Oliver Hairs, Nigel Durham, along with Wood himself, are all part of the line-up as York look to end the winning campaign on another high.
