LEADERS Sheriff Hutton Bridge host fourth place Harrogate tomorrow in the latest round of Yorkshire Premier League North fixtures.

Buoyed by victory in last weekend's knock out Cup second round, SHB remain unbeaten in the league after a seven wicket victory over Hull.

Batsman Adam Fisher is now in free-scoring form and hit an unbeaten 84 last week.

SHB will be looking to maintain a three-point lead over rivals Stamford Bridge who enjoyed a comfortable league victory over Castleford last weekend.

Second-placed Stamford Bridge take on Woodhouse Grange who will be full of confidence after a Bank Holiday Monday victory over York.

By stark contrast, York are now increasingly in need of a morale booster after suffering three defeats in three days last week.

The men from Clifton Park threw victory away last weekend against Harrogate and can expect little, if any sympathy, tomorrow at home to neighbours Acomb who heaped misery on bottom side Dunnington last weekend. Batsman Matthew Dale scored 93 as Acomb won by six wickets with almost ten overs in hand.

Clifton Alliance took over at the top of the Hunters York & District Senior League premier division last weekend thanks to a draw at home to Hull Zingari.

Tomorrow, Clifton visit Bolton Percy who are just two places off the bottom of the table.

Last season's division one champions Sessay moved up to second spot after victory over Studley Royal and they will be looking to build on that progress against York II.

Struggling Heworth, meanwhile, are now 32 points adrift at the foot of the table and travel to the east coast this weekend to play nearest rivals Hull Zingari. Third placed Easingwold host Pickering

In division one this weekend, runaway leaders Whitkirk visit second place Folkton and Flixton. Third placed Malton and Old Malton host bottom club Osbaldwick. Elsewhere, Pocklington are at home to Sewerby, Patrington host Beverley Town II, fifth placed Harrogate II welcome Hornsea, and Bridlington take on Selby.

In the Ebor division two, leaders York III will be favourites to overcome Acomb II. Second placed Carlton Towers visit rock bottom Heworth II.

Yapham host Malton and Old Malton II, while Londesborough Park travel to Pickering II. Clifton Alliance II host Hemingbrough, and Dringhouses visit Scarborough II.

In Ebor division three, table toppers Stamford Bridge II will look to inflict more misery on bottom of the table Castleford II. Second placed Civil Service, who are hot on the heels of Stamford Bridge II, have a tricky looking challenge away to Cawood. Londesborough Park II host Pocklington II, Selby II play Dunnington II, while Goole Town II visit Whitkirk II.

In Galtres division two, Sheriff Hutton Bridge II visit bottom of the table Wetherby. Leaders Ripon host Sessay II.

Highlights from the this weekend's division three fixtures include second placed New Earswick's game with fourth placed Huby and York IV's game with Tadcaster Magnet II.

Leaders Copmanthorpe II visit bottom side Huby II in the pick of the division four fixtures.
