YORKSHIRE endured a difficult third morning against Somerset at Scarborough.

The white rose county, replying to 268, conceded a first-innings lead of 55 having been bowled out for 213.

They had started the day on 159-7, with Adil Rashid last man out for 49 and Craig Overton finishing with five wickets.

Somerset captain Lewis Gregory took two of the three wickets to fall this morning, bowling Liam Plunkett for 19 and having Rashid caught at third-man when upper-cutting.

The visitors are without a win in seven Specsavers County Championship matches this season but advanced their lead to 91 at lunch with a second-innings score of 36-0.
