YORKSHIRE are under the cosh at Scarborough after losing three morning wickets on day two of their Specsavers County Championship match against Somerset.

Replying to 268, Yorkshire slipped from 42-3 overnight to 105-6 before reaching lunch at 110-6 from 50 overs.

Craig Overton struck twice and Tim Groenewald once, with Harry Brook and Tom Kohler-Cadmore falling for 31 apiece and Tim Bresnan for 11.

Brook was caught at second slip off an Overton short ball in the 28th over of the innings, the tenth this morning, as Yorkshire fell to 71-4.

Kohler-Cadmore then played on to Groenewald off his boot in the 40th before Bresnan was caught at first slip off Overton in the 48th.

All six wickets to fall in the Yorkshire innings have gone to either Overton or Groenewald.

Meanwhile, former Burley-in-Wharfedale batsman Brook was this morning appointed England's under-19s captain for their one-day series against India in August.

He is also in their four-day squad and misses the Scarborough Festival Championship match against Essex in early August as a result.
