Blair and Walker goals seal points for Minstermen

YORK City moved into the top half of the npower League Two table after a 2-0 triumph at Aldershot.

The win, which ended a run of four games without a victory for the Minstermen, was underpinned by a rapid second-half brace from Matty Blair and Jason Walker .

Three minutes after the half-time interval Blair broke the deadlock and then three minutes later the lead was doubled with a penalty from Walker after he was upended by Aldershot’s Sonny Bradley.
