TADCASTER Albion are cashing in on an FA Cup run after beating Holker Old Boys 3-0 in the first qualifying round.

The home victory netted the Ings Lane club £3,000 with the prospect of more to come aftter a dominant display.

Steve Jeff edged the Brewers in front on 35 minutes and Paul Marshall’s men struck again two minutes later, with Callum Ward finding the target.

Ward added the third goal three minutes from time.

Pickering Town went on the rampage in a 7-2 home victory over Lincoln Moorlands Railway in the Northern Counties East League premier division.

The Pikes’ first home win of the campaign was built on the foundation of five first half goals, with Steve Baxter starting the ball rolling in the 16th minute.

Joe Danby made it 2-0 five minutes later and although Rikki Paylor pulled a goal back shortly afterwards, it was 5-1 at the break as Liam Shepherd struck twice in three minutes and Liam Salt also netted.

Salt got a second on 79 minutes and Dean Craig hit the target three minutes later, while Josh Barker scored in the last minute for Railway.

Scarborough Athletic hit back from 4-2 down to draw 4-4 at Worksop Parramore.

Joel Ramm gave the visitors a 21st minute lead, but they trailed 3-1 at the interval to goals from Lee Holmes, William McGhie and Lee Whittington.

Robert Hawkes pulled a goal back on 59 minutes, but Jamie Smith’s 72nd minute goal appeared to have won it for Worksop until Andrew Milne and Matthew Plummer salvaged a point.

In division one, struggling Selby Town drew 2-2 at Yorkshire Amateur, while Knaresborough Town picked up a 2-1 home win over Emley.

Trailing to a Dean Wharam goal after only two minutes, Town fought back to parity before half-time with a Dave Thomas penalty on 33 minutes. Steve Bromley hit the winner 20 minutes from time.

Harrogate Town moved up to sixth in Blue Square Bet North with a 3-1 victory at Histon.

The home side took the lead through Jay Dowie on two minutes, but Chib Chilaka equalised on 32 minutes and Harri Hawkins put through his own net six minutes later.

The Wetherby Roaders’ win was sealed from the spot by Luke Dean.

Harrogate Railway Athletic got their first win of the Evo-Stik League division one north campaign when they beat Radcliffe Borough 2-1.

David Ward gave Athletic the lead on 72 minutes and Alex Hallam netted a second ten minutes later, while Tom Brooks pulled a goal back for the hosts with a minute remaining.
