AIMING to be a Swiss hit is York golf ace Simon Dyson.

After missing the cut in his last two tournaments – the USPGA Championship followed by last week’s Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles – Dyson heads to the Alpine circuit at Crans-sur-Sierre bidding to play the full four rounds at the Omega European Masters as he seeks to cement his place in the top 60 for the end of season Race To Dubai.

Currently Dyson, rated 46 in the world rankings, is 42nd in the Dubai placings.

He will be partnered in the first two Masters rounds by Austria’s Bernd Wiesberger and European Tour rookie Mohammad Siddikur of Bangladesh.

Aaaw... I noticed today he's had the name of his firstborn, Isabella Rose, tattooed under his right wrist.

Personally, I can remember my kid's names.
