Final Olympic prep for Richard Buck

CITY of York Athletics Club star Richard Buck will put the finishing touches to his London 2012 preparation in Poland on Saturday.
The one-lap specialist will run the 400 metres in the Janusz Kusocinski Memorial meet in Szczecin as he builds up to the Olympics.
It will be his last competitive outing before he joins up with the eight-strong Great Britain 4x400m relay squad.
