10:48am Friday 13th July 2012 in Sport
THE York & District Amalgamation of Anglers’ junior match due to be held tonight on the River Ouse in York has been cancelled due to flooding.
The contest at New Walk Terrace, which was due to start at 6pm, formed part of the York Festival of the Rivers and organisers are hoping to rerarrange it for later in the year.
