Hampshire v Yorkshire - delayed start

Rain has delayed the start of Yorkshire’s LV=County Championship match with Hampshire in Southampton.

The weather meant no play was possible during the morning session on day one, with the umpires expected to make another inspection after lunch at 1.40pm.

Before play was delayed, Hampshire won the toss and elected to bowl first.

The Tykes have named Steve Harmison in their team after his loan move from Durham.
