Great draw can't wait for this we should have a very big following going to Donny. Offers a genuine chance to get through to round two.

I agree, it will be a great benchmark against a good football league team. And I am sure we will take a lot of support, very much a local derby. COYR

Another Yorkshire derby match to look forward to! We should be looking to at least a replay (unless it has to be finished at the first attempt!!) See that the competition rules will allow for the games to be played on either Saturday 11th or Sunday 12th August, if clubs are in agreement. A 3pm KO on the Saturday wouldn't be a bad idea! COYR.

Agreed it will be good to play Yorkshire sides again. When was the last game against Yorkshire based opposition? I can't think of anyone since Farsley Celtic?

Has to be finished at the first attempt, no replays in tins competition. Both Football League run cups, this and the JPT, have been like that for a f years.

No, you are probably going back to the local derbies with Scarborough and Halifax Town when they were in business. I used to think Darlo as nearly being members of the White Rose County and they were good matches that we had against them! Hope they are successful in their appeal to the FA (to be heard at Wembley next Thursday 21st June) and that they allow them a two division demotion, rather than the four that they have imposed. Last time Darlo were at Wembley, was last May when they beat Mansfield and lifted the FA Trophy - bet they and their fans didn't think they could plummet so much and all within the space of 12 months! COYR.

Good draw this, realistic chance of winning against a not bad club; should be a good test for us, as well as allowing both teams to 'gel' their various additions in a competitive match.

Great draw. Doncaster away will be a great Yorkshire Derby. I can see the score being after full time - Doncaster Rovers 0-2 York City (Jason Walker 34, Matty Blair 88).
