YORK City clinched fourth place in the Blue Square Bet Premier with a 1-0 home victory over Forest Green Rovers.
The Minstermen's final day victory means they will face Mansfield Town in the play-offs, with the first leg at Bootham Crescent on Wednesday (7.30pm).
Adriano Moke netted the winner with eight minutes remaining, with his close range shot sneaking through the legs of goalkeeper Sam Russell.
After the match, injured midfielder Scott Kerr was presented with the Billy Fenton Memorial Trophy as Clubman of the Year.
He also won the McGill Cup as players' player of the year.
