HOME advantage in the York Minster Engineering Football League premier division proved to be pointless at the weekend as all the visiting sides recorded victories.
Newly-promoted York RI shocked early premier division leaders Dringhouses by taking a 3-0 lead inside the first 20 minutes at New Lane.
There were two goals from Lee Powell to add to a Darren Sellars strike.
However, two goals in the last five minutes before the break through Jimmy Clamp and Liam Stilgoe brought Dringhouses back into the match.
After the interval, Clamp curled in his second of the afternoon and a Danny Gray brace saw Dringhouses win an entertaining match 5-3. Old Malton St Mary’s registered their first win of the season and, in the process, inflicted a first defeat of the campaign on Riccall.
Rob Baker gave the Ryedale side the lead at the interval and a second-half brace from Scott Preston saw Old Malton to a 3-0 win.
Dunnington fell behind in the tenth minute at Hamilton Panthers when Tom Aitkins lobbed the visiting ’keeper.
However, they hit back to win 4-1 with goals from Chris Burgess (2), Steve Hadden and Grant Bulmer.
That maintained Dunnington’s record of scoring four goals in each of their last four league wins.
Tadcaster’s Tom Deighton hit the quickest goal of the day as he put his Tadcaster side in front at Easingwold inside the first minute.
John Hunter levelled for the hosts before Deighton collected his second of the afternoon to ensure Tadcaster won 2-1.
Wilberfoss recorded their first away win in six attempts as they won 2-0 at York St John University.
Dave Burrows and Tom Robinson both hit second half goals for Foss.
Copmanthorpe maintained their unbeaten start to the season with a 4-2 win at Poppleton.
Robin Bedford hit a hat-trick to add to a Matty Bastock goal before Pop replied with a goal apiece from Csongor Laba and Dave Pickles. Kartiers are still looking for their first win of the season as they followed up the midweek 3-0 home defeat to Huntington by losing 5-1 at home to Haxby United.
Glen Littlewood hit the lone Selby goal with Lee Jackson, Gary Newton (2), Darren Branden and Chris Dyson sharing the Haxby haul.
