Dunnington moved five points clear at the top of the York Minster Engineering Football League premier division after a 4-0 win at title rivals Old Malton St Mary’s.
The York side, who have played more games than all their closest challengers, took the lead through Steve Hadden, and Tom Richardson added a second.
St Mary’s were denied a route back into the game by a brilliant save from Dunnington ’keeper Adam Thomas.
Soon afterwards, Hadden scored with a spectacular 35-yard volley before Richardson added his second.
Second-placed Haxby United were denied maximum points at home to Huntington when Iain Dunn hit an equaliser in the fourth minute of injury time.
Ex-Huntington player Gary Mitchinson had earlier given new club Haxby the lead.
Struggling Wilberfoss recorded their first home win in nine games with a 2-1 victory over Tadcaster.
Robin Walker and Jono Parkin scored for the hosts, with Darren Wilson replying for Tadcaster.
Wigginton are in free-fall. They have not won in 11 games and they lost 2-0 at York St John. Steve Butterworth and Graham Bell shared the student goals.
Riccall beat Tate & Lyle 3-1, despite falling behind to a Dave Reasback goal. Pete Minto and Gary Collier (2) were the marksmen.
Dringhouses hammered Poppleton 7-2 with Carl Stewart hitting four of their goals. Danny Penrose, Christian Fox and Joe Hinds completed the tally.
Ben Janes and Danny Temple responded for Poppleton. York RI missed the chance to go top of division one when three of their players failed to reach Easingwold in time for kick-off.
As a result, RI played most of the game without a full side and Easingwold took advantage to win 2-0 with goals from Nick Thorn and Andrew Metcalfe.
Post Office moved into second with a 4-1 home win over Hemingbrough.
Two first-half goals from Danny Adams set up the win, while James Bonarious and Richard Walton also scored after Steve Harrison had pulled a goal back. Pre-season promotion favourites Tockwith extended their unbeaten run to seven games as goals from John Richardson and Jamie Perkins sealed a 2-0 win over Amotherby.
Thorpe United drew 1-1 with Stamford Bridge, after Danny Mustill cancelled out Simon Connell’s early goal for Bridge.
Ouseburn and Nestlé drew 3-3.
Jim Robertson and Wayne Scaife (2) were on target for Nestlé, with Tom Hannah, Liam Croft and Mark Neale scoring for Ouseburn.
