Lewis Bootland goal salvages a point for St Clement’s in Minster Engineering League

Division two leaders St Clement’s needed a last-minute goal from Lewis Bootland to salvage a point from a 2-2 draw at White Horse.

The Church Fenton side conceded an early own goal, but hit back with goals from Dave Marshall and Adam Beavers.

Selby RSSC enjoyed a 3-0 win over Rufforth courtesy of a brace from Chris Coxen and an Adam Parsonage strike.

Heworth’s Lee Bunce took his league goal tally to 22 with a brace in his side’s 7-2 win at Huby.

Ben Branigan (2), Ben Clarke (2) and Callum McKenzie also netted, while Dan Granger and Kieran James scored for Huby. Bottom of the table Osbaldwick beat high-flying visitors Terrington Glory 5-2 thanks to a Chris Thompson hat-trick and goals from Nick Lawrie and Mike Hattee. Ben Richardson and Sam Hinchcliffe were the Glory scorers. Paul Gordon scored both Fulford goals in a 2-2 home draw with Rawcliffe.
