ACCRINGTON Stanley may feel the wrath of Leeds United as both sides tilt at a Wembley appearance tonight.

Leeds host the Lancashire Coca-Cola Two side in the northern semi-finals of the Johnstone Paints Trophy with United keen to quickly get over their scratchy 0-0 Coca-Cola One draw at Brentford.

Selby Town will be hoping there’s no fresh fall of rain to again KO their West Riding County Cup second round tie at home to Yorkshire Amateur.

The game has been twice postponed so the Robins – buoyed by their 2-1 Northern Counties East League premier division triumph at Dinnington – will be hoping to get the game finished tonight so as not to further congest their festive schedule.

If Selby win they will travel to Barnoldswick.

Pickering Town will be back on NCEL top-flight duty tonight at home to second-placed Bridlington Town and aiming to bounce straight back after their 1-0 reverse at home to Thackley.
