Lee Bunce hit a hat-trick for York Minster Engineering Football League division two leaders Heworth as they defeated White Horse 4-2.
Daniel Hall hit Heworth’s other goal, while Dave and John Marshall netted for the Church Fenton side.
St Clement’s suffered their first defeat on their travels in six games as a thunderbolt from Richard Robinson three minutes from time gave Aviva a 3-2 win.
Earlier Geoff Pinkney scored twice for the home side, with Scott Nicholls and Simon Kehoe responding for Saints.
Osbaldwick earned their first point of the season from a battling 3-3 draw at Fulford.
Jamie Husband (2) and Joe Karnski scored for the hosts, with Nick Lawrie (2) and Simon Archer replying for the O’s.
A Danny Walters hat-trick helped Heslington to a 4-1 home win over Huby, pushing their unbeaten run into double figures. The Elvington v Rawcliffe fixture produced ten goals for the second time this season, and it was the Harriers that took the points.
A brace each from Luke Dove, Kieran O’Brien and Craig McCorrie sealed a 6-4 win.
