MALTON and Norton RUFC will start 2009 with a friendly fixture against Driffield at The Gannock on Saturday, January 3.

Ian Cooke kicked two penalties to seal the club’s second victory of the season in a game which featured debuts for centre Nathan Reid and winger Steve Scoles.
