Jonny Pownall
YORK City Knights' League One title rivals, Bradford Bulls, have splashed out on a third outside back in two days by snapping up Toronto Wolfpack winger Jonny Pownall on loan until the end of the season.
Pownall's transfer deadline day arrival follows the captures of Castleford Tigers threequarters Tuoyo Egodo and Aussie Jy Hitchcox, also on loan for the rest of 2018.
Wingers Ethan Ryan and Dalton Grant both scored against York in last weekend's 30-28 defeat to the Knights.
