YORK City are looking for volunteers to join a Stadium Working Group as the club plan for relocation to Monks Cross.
With the club currently preparing for its last-ever season at Bootham Crescent, supporters are being sought to join an expected eight-strong body, who will serve as the voice of the Minstermen’s fanbase during key discussions over the next 12 months.
The SWG will hold regular meetings to discuss the development of City's new home and the club have agreed to listen to the opinions and aspirations of fans, as they look to shape a positive supporter experience at the Community Stadium.
It is the intention to put together a cross-section of people to represent a diverse range of supporter groups and all applications for a place on the SWG should be sent to bc@yorkcityfootballclub.co.uk, giving a name and contact number, along with a short statement (approximately 25-50 words) explaining why they are an ideal candidate for the role.
The deadline for applications is 5pm on June 30, 2018.
