ON-LOAN Guiseley right-back Connor Brown has been thrown straight into York City's National League North home contest against Spennymoor this afternoon.
Brown, 24, has agreed terms to stay at Bootham Crescent until the end of the season, having previously worked with City sporting director Dave Penney at the National League outfit.
Brown has made 60 appearances for Guiseley, having joined the Leeds club in September 2016 after his contract at Oldham Athletic was terminated.
He made 101 Football league appearances for the Latics, having previously been on the books of home-town club Sheffield United.
Brown also went out on loan to Eastwood, Hinckley United and Carlisle, whilst at Boundary Park.
