YORK City Knights have moved into plush new offices at their York St John University sports campus training base - and are to host a fans' forum there.

An open afternoon and evening will be held at the state-of-the-art premises in Haxby Road next Tuesday, April 25, to follow on from the new owners' 2017 season launch night forum back in January.

A club statement said: "As we have now completed our move into the new offices we thought this could be a great opportunity to update sponsors, partners and fans on the progress we have made since January and our plans for the future and the season so far, as well as showing the fantastic new facilities we now have at our disposal."

The day will be split into two sections. The first session from 3pm to 5pm is open to current and potential sponsors and partner organisations and the media. The second, between 6.30pm and 8pm, will be open to fans, vice-presidents and members of the city's community clubs.

There will be a 30-minute tour of the facilities, plus updates and presentations by head coach James Ford, club chairman Jon Flatman, Prof Andy Smith from York St John, and Knights Foundation manager Neil Gulliver.

There will also be an opportunity to meet the Knights players after their training session that evening.
