TROPHY RERUN? York City could face FA Cup conquerors Curzon Ashton in the FA Trophy if the Manchester part-timers beat Worcester City in the third qualifying round
YORK City have been drawn at home to either Curzon Ashton or Worcester City in the first round of the FA Trophy.
The Minstermen were knocked out of the FA Cup by Curzon in a fourth qualifying round replay at the Manchester club last month, having drawn 1-1 in the original tie at Bootham Crescent.
Curzon will play host to fellow National League North outfit Worcester tonight in their third qualifying round clash at the Tamside Stadium.
The winner of that tie will travel to North Yorkshire on Saturday, December 10.
