IN Reserve Division A of the York Minster Engineering League, Dunnington were made to work hard by a strong-looking Old Malton St Mary's second string, despite a final scoreline of 7-2 making it look like a bloodless victory. Danny Fogg had struck twice for the hosts to give them a 2-1 half-time lead but Dunnington were rampant in the second half, hitting six without reply to maintain their perfect start.
Wigginton had led 1-0 at the break against Church Fenton White Horse but, after being reduced to ten men in the first half, were overrun in the second period, finally going down 4-3.
Danny Franks, Tom Derbyshire and Craig Huggins were on target for the home side.
Thorpe United defeated Dringhouses 4-0 to move up to fifth, while Huntington Rovers defeated Tadcaster Magnets 4-1.

In Reserve Division B, Crew Elliot struck twice for Haxby United as they overcame F1 Racing 2-1, while Isaac Carke, Adam Burton and Will Hall netted for Osbaldwick in a 4-2 triumph over Brooklyn, with an own goal completing the home side's tally.
Darren Burke struck twice for Stamford Bridge as they drew 2-2 with Easingwold Town.
Rufforth United and Fulford occupy opposite ends of the Reserve Division C table, and that was apparent as Rufforth ran out 6-0 victors, with Dan Witcombe (2), David Clarke (2), Steve Cross and Gary Walgate being the Rufforth hitmen.
Sam Gibney hit a hat-trick to add to a Charlie Dodds goal as Wilberfoss gained a 4-2 success at Selby Olympia.
Chris Haigh and Luke Richardson struck for York RI at Wetherby Athletic but the home side managed to fight back for a 3-2 triumph.
Danny Hall was on target for Heworth Green in a 1-1 draw with Poppleton United.
