EBOR came from behind to win their first game of the White Rose Ladies Darts League summer season.

New Earswick went two up, but the pairing of Roz Kerr and Christina Davison pulled one back and Alice Paylor equalised.

Janet Curry put Earswick ahead again but Anna Simms and Kerr turned it round in the last two singles.

New York stormed 4-0 up at home to Derwent, Den Fahey scoring 100 in her pairs game. Claire Rowsby and Julie Judson got Derwent on the board.

Punch Bowl saw off hosts Crescent 'B' 5-2, taking three on the trot after being 1-1.

In division two, Lord Collingwood won the first three games en route to a 5-2 win at home to Crescent 'A'.

Elaine Bell then Lesley Benson replied, but Yvonne Wrist (100) then Kim May made sure of victory.

Marcia likewise took the first three against King William, B Hill and B Bainbridge throwing tons for either side.

But Carol Atkinson, Rose Hattee (100), Fran Hunt and Teresa Walker gave William a stunning 4-3 win.

Tramways ‘B’ made it two out of two in the York John Smith’s Ladies League, beating Marcia 7-4.

Tracey Farmeary (23) and Jayne Janes put Tramways ahead, Joan Hunter and Faye Hawksby levelling.

Natalie Farmeary and Gina Whittaker restored Ways’ advantage and, although Hunter and Hawksby narrowed the gap in the pairs, mother and daughter Tracey and Lauren Farmeary sealed match points.

Maggie Bedingham closed on 83 (treble 17 double 16) as Jubilee entered the pairs level with Severus ‘B’.

Wendy Storr-Angie Kaya gave Sev the edge but Bedingham-Julie Oliver equalised and Heather Bulmer-Vicki Capes snatched Jub victory.

Edinburgh Arms’ Julie Stables prevented Burnholme from completing a full house in the singles, Sarah Jackson hitting the tons for Holme.

Lynne Willstrop-Sharon Neads then Marj Pearson-Caroline Whittaker completed the win, before Stables-Donna Lynes won Edinburgh another point.

Despite being two players light, Clifton tested division two rivals Clockhouse, Angela Fletcher and sisters Cris and Linda Turgoose seeing them enter the pairs all square.

Lisa and Sammy Benton, then Rose Gray-Roz Hairsine sealed victory for House.

Caz Johnson, Nella Majsterek, Nicki Johnson and Anne Gibson put Castle Howard Ox ‘A’ clear against Priory.

However, Di Moreland and Babs Harrison kept the visitors in the hunt and, in the pairs, Beck Laverack-Clair Cooper and Moreland-Stacey Morris levelled.

Priory's Harrison-Ellen Platt then snatched victory.

Liz Jackson-Sharon Nelson put Saddle 4-3 up at Burton Stone. However, Marianne Deamer-Alex Lis equalised and colleagues Sharon Lyons-Kath Powell won the decider.

Doreen Johnstone-Sue Tate secured Nag’s Head victory over visitors Green Tree.

Jackie Simpson’s win saw Severus ‘A’ go 4-2 up against Leeman.

Jackie Gray and Debbie Witts had scored the visitors’ points in the singles then combined to make it 4-3. However, Sheila Elliot-Davina Shannon and Glynnis Simpson-Carol Robson saw Sev home.
