TADCASTER Albion enjoyed their second 5-0 win in a week as they moved to the top of the Northern Counties East League Premier division.

First half goals from Matt Heath, Josh Greening and Andy Milne put them comfortably ahead of Brigg Town before George Conway and a second from Greening ensured a comfortable victory.

They opened the scoring in the 12th minute when Greening's cross was headed into the bottom corner by skipper Heath. The second came as Greening was in the right place to tap in after Nick Black's shot was well saved.

The Brewers added the third on the stroke of half time. Conway's cross was curled in with pace and Milne executed a stunning diving header into the bottom left hand corner.

Taddy picked up where they left off after the break and Black struck it wide from the penalty spot after being picked out by Greening. Liam Ormsby, who bossed the midfield, then almost found Greening after shrugging off defenders to send in a perfect cross and Adam Baker later smashed the ball over the bar with Conway begging for a pass.

The Zebras kept the Brewers at bay until the 79th minute. Conway dribbled into the penalty area, checked and sent a perfect chip over the goalkeeper into the far corner.

They then made it five when new signing, and substitute, Dan Clayton delivered a perfect cross onto the head of Greening, who couldn't miss from a couple of yards out.

The emphatic victory sees Tadcaster, Worksop and Parkgate all tied at the top with nine points.

Pickering Town's game at Garforth Town was abandoned at 0-0 just before the hour mark because of heavy storms.

Selby Town were humbled 4-1 at Dronfield Town in NCEL division one. A Christian Savage brace and goals from Sam Bebbington and Lewis Taylor secured the spoils before Keane Parsons got a consolation for the Robins with 17 minutes left.

Harrogate Town drew 0-0 with Tamworth in National League North and a Nathan Peat penalty saw Scarborough Athletic beat Trafford 1-0 in Evo-Stik first division north. Harrogate Railway lost 3-1 at Brighouse Town.
