YORK City Knights have announced that all four of their remaining home League One fixtures will be staged at Heworth ARLC's Elmpark Way ground, starting with Sunday's visit of Oxford (3pm).
The Knights, who have been homeless this season due to the community stadium saga, have played their last four home games at this venue - with a 100 per cent record helping them to second in the table.
Club chiefs had expected to move into York City's Bootham Crescent home as part of the stadium project after finally coming to agreement with City of York Council last month, but apparent hold-ups with a safety certificate and question marks over sockets for rugby posts have further delayed any switch.
They remain hopeful of clearing those hurdles in time for the play-offs - should the team get there and bag a home tie - if not in time for a potentially crucial last game of the campaign, against promotion rivals Barrow on September 13.
The other games are against another team in the play-off mix, North Wales Crusaders, on Thursday, August 20, and Hemel on Sunday, August 23
Oxford boss Tim Rumford is no stranger to Elmpark Way, having coached Heworth before his switch south.
