Clayton back – in City’s reserves
8:54am Tuesday 6th February 2007 in Sport By Press sports reporter
LEADING scorer Clayton Donaldson will return to action in tonight's reserves match against Sheffield United at KitKat Crescent.
Donaldson has secured a summer move to Hibernian since his last appearance in City colours when he was sent off for elbowing during the 2-1 defeat at Kidderminster on January 20.
But, having served a three-game ban, he will be given a run-out in this evening's 7pm fixture ahead of Saturday's first-team trip to Altrincham.
Ex-Newcastle Benfield striker Richard Brodie is expected to line up alongside Donaldson after completing his transfer from the Northern League side last week.
City Reserves squad: Reid, Wright, Craddock, Parslow, McWilliams, Rhodes, Greenwood, McMahon, Maidens, Donaldson, Brodie, Phillips, Shepherd, Radcliffe, Thornton, Wrigley.
