Rawcliffe continued their promotion charge in Division Two as goals from regular scorers Johnny Moss and Simon Wilson gave them a 2-1 success at Ouseburn United.

Charlie Coupland, Josh Winn and Joe Dawson bagged for Strensall, who also benefitted from an own goal in their 4-1 triumph at Fulford. Adam Lewis found the net for the home side.

Bishop Wilton edged a seven-goal thriller against Wilberfoss. Tom Connell, Tom Knowles, Carl Massingham and Carl Brewer struck for the home side with Matthew Holme, Adam Robertson and Jake Whitfield responding.

Carl Shepherd and Connor Larner struck to maintain Civil Service’ five point lead at the top of Division Three. The leaders were victorious by two goals to nil at Jorvik Blades. South Milford kept tabs on their rivals with a 3-2 win at Huby.

Daniel Cornish, Paul Moran and Robin Fossett were on target for the visitors whilst Dave Adams and Greg Wilsdon bagged for the hosts.

Draw specialists Moor Lane moved into a two-goal lead at home to Rufforth as Andrew Kenyon and Stefan Littlewood found the net. However, a point has become the norm for the hosts, and so it proved once again as Rufforth battled back to two-all, Dan Wiltshire and Tom Robinson grabbing their goals.

The top two in Division Four both gained maximum points in the league’s two games as the rest of the card fell to the frost. Bubwith scored a 4-3 home win over Huntington, whilst Wetherby Athletic won 2-0 at Melbourne.
