HUNTINGTON Rovers caused a major upset in York Minster Engineering Football League reserve 'A' as they came from 1-0 down at top of the table Wigginton to record a 3-1 success.

Rob Orr put the hosts into the lead but a goal from Harry Sanderson levelled the scores in a fiery game. Substitute Chris Dyson added two late goals for Rovers as they climbed to third in the table.

Dean Leadill, Jon Newton and James McLoughlin were on target for Old Malton St Mary's in a 3-1 win at Haxby United.

Daniel Bass scored for Tadcaster Magnets as they slumped to a 4-1 home defeat to York RI. Danny Cates bagged a hat-trick to add to Josh Coulson’s strike for RI.

Dunnington cantered to a 6-0 win at Easingwold.

In reserve 'B', Thorpe United moved up to second as goals from Aaron Tiplady (2), Sam Clarke and Glen Littlewood gave them a 4-1 win at Bishopthorpe United.

Tom Collins, Paul Brown, Rich Collins, Steve Irving, Arron White and Dan Collins all found the net for Hemingbrough in a 6-5 win over Brooklyn.

Sam Wood, David Knight and Darren Heels were on target for Stamford Bridge in a 3-1 triumph over Pocklington Town. Mark Sissons replied.

A brace from Lloyd Crawford and a Joe Whitworth effort saw reserve 'C' Hamilton Panthers take the points at Wilberfoss, for whom Kyle Welmsley notched.

Bishop Wilton went down 7-1 to F1 Racing. Ben Calverley hit a hat-trick and Sam Hope struck a brace. Ben Storey also scored before Nigel Dawber fired in the seventh with a minute remaining.
