FORMER St Peter’s School rower Tina Stiller will line up for Great Britain in the quadruple scull in the World Rowing Championships in Amsterdam tomorrow.

Stiller, 27, already a world under-18 bronze and world U23 silver medallist, features in a crew completed by Beth Rodford, Lucinda Gooderham and Vicki Meyer-Laker.

The quartet will take part in the heats tomorrow, aiming to book a place in Thursday’s semi-finals. The final is staged a week today.

North Yorkshire’s Andy Triggs Hodge, of Hebden, will once again be in the stroke seat of the GB men’s four, racing alongside Alex Gregory, Moe Sbihi and George Nash.

Richmond’s Zoe Lee has been named in the eight for Amsterdam.

Former York City Rowing Club star Tom Ransley is part of the eight crew.
