Students at West Herts College dished up a delicious two course meal for a Ladies Dinner in support of Peace Hospice Care.
Ladies from the Athena business networking group, along with other local supporters, attended the event and sat back to listen to a series of talks on etiquette, the pursuit of happiness and other subjects.
Each guest also received a free copy of the West Herts College students’ cookbook.
Rachel Fowler, corporate development manager at Peace Hospice Care, said: "It was a fabulous evening, both fun and informative with such great talks.
"We really would like to thank Andy Wakeford and his team at West Herts College for an amazing meal and the cookbook each lady received.
"I would also like to thank Debbie Diggle from the Athena Network for helping to organise the evening, and all the ladies who have attended - I am delighted that we raised £1,060 for Peace Hospice Care."
