Funnyman at variety show
JIMMY Cricket will be the headline act at next Wednesday’s afternoon variety show at Darwen Library Theatre in Knott Street.
Musicians Claire Louise and Bob Lawrence will complete the line-up with compere as always Glen South.
The show starts at 2pm. Entry costs £3 for Darwen residents, which includes a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits.
