Second division side York Nomads put indifferent league form behind them to dump first division Enterprise out of the Ian’s Cars of Barlby League Cup.

Trailing 1-0 at the break to a goal from Scott Milling, Nomads hit back in the second period through Tom Young, Nick Lawrie and Kieran Flanaghan to go into the fourth round with a 3-1 win.

King William showed no signs of slipping up against Drax from the fourth division.

King William led 4-0 at the break with a hat-trick from Danny Gray and a Mark Willoughby strike.

Reece Chappelow, playing his last game for King William before emigrating to Australia, made it 5-0 with his first-ever goal for the club in the 50th minute.
