Pocklington Town recorded the performance of the day in division one as they ended Tadcaster Magnets’ 100 per cent record.

The game ended in a 1-1 stalemate after a goalless first half.

Pocklington’s James Rudd and Tadcaster’s Andrew Kitchen scored after the break.

Despite the draw, Magnets remain seven points clear of their nearest rivals.

Second-placed Osbaldwick beat Tockwith 3-1.

Nick Lawrie opened the scoring after 14 minutes and Andrew Bilton doubled Osbaldwick’s lead on the hour.

Tim Patton put the result beyond doubt with ten minutes remaining before Tockwith hit a late goal.

Hamilton Panthers scored a 5-4 win over third-placed Brooklyn after a ding-dong battle.

Paul King grabbed a double for the hosts with Mark Willoughby, Arran Reid and man of the match Tommy Medd also finding the net.

Andy Metcalfe hit two for Brooklyn, with Andy Philips and Mike Brown also netting.

Church Fenton enjoyed a resounding 6-0 victory over relegation-threatened Malton & Norton. Ali Cope hit a hat-trick to supplement a David Marshall brace and Andrew Target strike.

Adie Wood struck twice for Hemingbrough as they saw off Total Sports 4-2. Luke Zacharenko and Harry Jackson were the other ’Brough scorers.
