Michelle Britton gamed in 17 darts as leaders Marcia beat Falcon 4-3 in the York Black Sheep Mixed Darts League.
Britton levelled the scores after Mal Smith had gamed in 20 darts for Tadcaster-based Falcon.
Pete Leake fired scores of 121 and 137 in a 23-dart leg to aid Marcia’s cause.
Golden Slipper won 6-1 at home to Tramways ‘A’, with only Al Graham and Floss Crampton getting on the scoresheet for Tramways.
Slipper were helped by good performances from Phil Smith, Paul Partridge, Doreen Johnstone and Anita Adams.
Sandra Bruce notched a 23-dart leg and Chris Bullen had a 21-darter for Railway Institute in a 4-3 defeat by Corner Pin.
Cindy Roberts and Steve Soulsby starred for Corner Pin, who are third in the table.
Meanwhile, John Smith’s are sponsoring a competition at Tramways WMC on Wednesday, December 18, starting at 7.30pm.
There will be men’s and women’s competitions, with an entry fee of £3.
