Snooker: Paul Davison to face Stephen Maguire in Indian Open
FORMER UK Champion Stephen Maguire awaits Paul Davison today after the Pickering snooker professional successfully negotiated his wildcard match at the Indian Open.
The 42-year-old beat amateur Faisal Khan 4-1 in New Delhi to move on to a last 64 clash with the Scotsman, who won the UK crown at York in 2004.
After the first two frames were shared with Khan, Davison took the advantage with a break of 76 and an effort of 46 in the fifth clinched the match.
