In-form Tadcaster Albion extend unbeaten run to ten matches in Northern Counties East League premier division

PREMIER division pacesetters Tadcaster Albion cruised to a 4-1 victory over Long Eaton United in the Northern Counties East League.
The Brewers extended their unbeaten run to ten league matches, with all the goals coming in the second half at Ings Lane.
Carl Stewart opened the scoring five minutes after the break and added a second with a 55th-minute free-kick.
Josh Barrett headed in the third on 65 minutes and Nick Thompson got the fourth on 77 minutes before United pulled a goal back through Shaun Rickford with two minutes remaining.
Pickering Town crashed 4-0 at home to Liversedge – the Pikes’ fourth consecutive defeat.
Billy Grogan netted in the 15th and 32nd minutes for the visitors and Ben Grech-Brooksbank added a third on 59 minutes, before Bradley Riley’s 62nd minute strike.
In division one, Selby Town went down 3-1 at Louth Town.
Louth stormed into a 3-0 half-time lead with two goals from Danny Stevens and one by James Deeming.
Louis Blackwell got the Robins’ lone reply on 76 minutes.
A 48th-minute Mark Whitehouse goal consigned Knaresborough Town to a 1-0 home defeat by Shaw Lane Aquaforce.
Harrogate Railway Athletic suffered a fourth home defeat in five games in Evo-Stik League division one north, losing 2-0 to Mossley.
Charlie Anderson and Louis Horne netted in the first half for the visitors at Station View.
Scarborough Athletic drew 1-1 at home to Penrith in the second qualifying round of the FA Cup. The sides will meet again on Wednesday.
Harrogate Town exited after a 1-0 defeat at Colwyn Bay.
