YORK All Stars Taekwondo club instructor Dave Baugh has been picked to represent Great Britain at the veterans’ World Masters Games.
The World Masters Games will be held in Turin, Italy, on August 8 and 9, with the competition including all four Olympic weight categories for male and female competitors.
Fourth dan black belt Baugh will be competing in the under-68kg 35 to 45-year-old division.
He said: “It’s a great honour to be selected and I’m looking forward to representing my country. It’s time to do my friends, club, country and York proud.”
