New Earswick All Blacks looking for improvements
10:43am Thursday 14th March 2013 in Sport
NEW Earswick ARLC are looking for a much-improved performance when they take on Keighley in a quick return match in the Pennine League championship.
All Blacks fell 38-0 away to the unbeaten league leaders last weekend and host the same opposition this Saturday in what is sure to be a similarly tough test.
The York side welcome back Dave Findlay and Sean Malarkey and Liam Davidson, John Taal and Phil Turpin may also return. Alan Davidson and half-back Liam Gargan, inset, face fitness checks, though Liam Haxby is definitely out.
Selby Warriors go to Hoyland Vikings needing victory to keep alive their promotion hopes in division three.
A two-point deduction for conceding their match at West Leeds last month has left them ten points off the top two albeit with four games in hand.
Selby Warriors ‘A’ host lowly Cowling in division seven.
