York City Knights duo in Kingstone Press Championship team of the week

TWO of York City Knights’ jacks in the box have been named in the Premier Sports Team of the Week for the Kingstone Press Championship following yesterday’s big win over Workington.
Hooker Jack Lee scored a hat-trick and non-stop prop Jack Aldous was named the sponsors’ man of the match in the 48-6 romp, with the pair duly being selected in the league’s top 13 performers. Lee also came second in the player of the round stakes.
Barrow back-row Kurt Haggerty was named the Premier Sports Player of the Week after scoring a hat-trick to help the Raiders come from 22-0 down to beat Dewsbury 36-22 for their first win of term.
He collected five points towards a Championship Player of the Year accolade, while Lee picked up four.
Former Knights Danny Grimshaw and Tom Bush were also in the team of the week after helping Hunslet to beat Whitehaven 30-0.
